Bridgend Canoe Club

Bridgend Canoe Club is a Sports Club that runs sessions at Pencoed swimming pool and Barry dock.
We are fun, friendly and welcoming to all.

The strength of our club is each individual member.

Est. 1982

Bridgend Canoe Club is active in various disciplines, we organise river trips and social activities, canoe polo is our passion.

Polo is a five-a-side ball sport where teams sprint around the water in short kayaks, trying to score as many goals as possible. It’s awesome for fitness and is excellent fun.

We welcome new members of all abilities, even if you have never paddled before. We have members who are total beginners and members who represent Cymru and GB. Any ability welcome.
